Prodecure & Timeline
- The deadline to file an appeal against office actions is 2 months from the date of notification, and this period cannot be extended.
- The appeal is reviewed by the Re-Examination and Evaluation Board.
- Board decisions are final, and no further objections can be made to the TurkPatent.
- The decision of the Re-Examination and Evaluation Board can only be appealed in court.
